No posts, no problem!

So it's been Weeks since my past post shame on me. I've stopped my p90 regimen and the weight loads had practically ended with it. No duh there.
I did weigh in this morning and discovered that I an down another 2 lbs though. That makes 20! Only 30 more I'll almost 1/2 way there. I will have finished this by swim suit season I swear!

Todays lunch half eaten

Haven't posted in a while, but my weigh in came a day late and I've lost all in all 15 lbs! I feel fantastic! I thought I'd give this post a little bulk by sharing my lunch with everyone; steamed Brussel sprouts and a piece of wheat toast.

Day 2

My schedule today is a bit different. I'm closing at my job instead of opening so that means I already got my work out completed. Today it was cardio and jeez it had a lot more ass kicking in it. I took advantage of that pause button way more than I should have, but I still finished! Now I can really start my busy, busy day.

Day 1

My friend just started p90x and he's really sticking with it. His move to get in shape fueled me to get started on my own goals. So here we are! I've already made small changes to my diet which will lead to huge improvements eventually I just need to speed everything up! So I decided to try p90.

Time for some numbers!
Chest: 39"
Left and right arm: 13" & 14"
Waist: 36" 
Hips: 43"
Left and right thigh: 27" and 28"
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 170lbs

My first round wasn't so bad, it was tiring, but it wasn't kick my ass terrible. Let's hope it provides the same results!
